The management at DSC has a background steeped in the evaluation, design, manufacture and supply of equipment required for the storage of hazardous substances. Developed out of necessity to solve customer problems, identified in some of the most sophisticated Hazardous Risk Assessments. ExVeritas offer UKEX, ATEX, IECEx, CompEx and DSEAR Certification.

ExVeritas is an accredited product and management system certification body, testing laboratory and inspection body. We are a UK Government Appointed Body for UKCA Certication, an ATEX Notified Body in the EU and an IECEx Certification Body and Test Laboratory for Global Approvals.

In addition to Product Certification, ExVeritas also issue Quality System certification for ATEX, IECEx and UKAS ISO9001. For sites and end users we offer safety consultancy on COMAH, DSEAR and ATEX 153 including safety systems (SIL), explosion risk assessments, area classification and UKAS accredited Ex inspection. We also qualify people with CompEx Certification as well as specialist and bespoke training.

Rheintacho UK Ltd, formerly known as Foundrometers Instrumentation, has been doing business in the field of measurement and instrumentation for 100 years. Located in Leeds in the heart of Yorkshire, Rheintacho UK is now part of the Rheintacho Group which is headquartered in Freiburg, Germany. Today Rheintacho manufactures instruments and tachometers as well as tacho-generators used to display, measure, monitor and control rotational speed. In addition, Rheintacho UK is responsible for the sales of all Rheintacho Group products in the UK, Ireland and many other foreign markets. These products include optical and digital tachometers, stroboscopes and most importantly rotational speed sensors, some of which are multi-functional.
 
Another speciality of the entity in Leeds is its Spares and Repairs division in which instruments are serviced, repaired or re-engineered regardless of their age or manufacturer.

Finally, Rheintacho is now the Group’s competence centre for ATEX products which are intrinsically safe. These now include mechanical handheld tachometers and eddy current tachometers.
