With Owamat 11, BEKO Technologies have extended its range of new generation Oil Water separators.

The new model offers a cost effective solution for condensate treatment in one of the most popular compressor size ranges.Owamat 11 is structurally similar to the highly regarded Owamat 10, with the additional feature of a filter warning indicator. It is also possible to fit a heating system to this new model, as with all its larger stable mates.

Owamat is an oil-water separation system for dispersed condensates which has become a market leader and has recently enjoyed a complete re-engineering.

Increased efficiency from Boge

Boge CD and CDF series screw compressorsContinual product development at Boge Compressors has led to improved efficiency of the Boge CD and CDF series screw compressors with further enhancement of the built-in refrigerant dryer.The built-in refrigerant dryer in the CD and CDF series screw compressors now also includes a cyclone separator and two condensate drains as standard.

The cyclone separator removes water from the compressed air to ensure only saturated air enters the dryer. The first condensate drain efficiently removes the condensate from the cyclone separator and the second condensate drain installed in the dryer removes the condensate from the drying process.
The enhanced refrigerant dryer design also benefits the compressor cooling system.

BEKO Everdry <hr id=Besides the required compressed-air quality, great importance was attached to an absolutely reliable plant control and data transmission, as the system operates continuously and without supervision.

 The dryer is controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller). All process data is indicated at the control cabinet and transmitted to the primary control unit via "Ethernet".  The electrical control was designed in close cooperation with the plant operator, in accordance with the in-house standard of the facility.

There were no issues at all after one year, on the occasion of the preventive maintenance. All the customer’s requirements were met or exceeded, and the required compressed-air quality supplied.

"The hopes we placed on EverAir, a company of the Beko group were entirely fulfilled", commented the customer. " We activated the plant and, afterwards, we could forget about it,  so to speak."

The dryer supplies a volume of 5,500 Nm?/h with a pressure dew point of -40 °C. Compressed air which is not required for the application is fed into the general operational network for the shop air.
