hes aug 18 6R. STAHL offers a range of conventional and LED lighting, ranging from linear, tubular, hand lamps, pendent lighting, & floodlights.

LED-based models such as the EXLUX 6002 and 6402 lines from R. STAHL, serve as very energy-efficient general lighting solution in Ex zones 1/21 and 2/22.

One 52 W model can replace two standard 36 W fluorescent lamps while ensuring a much better life span of 100,000 operating hours. Given a high luminous flux of 5,800 lm, (Read More)

it also achieves an excellent light yield that surpasses 100 lm/W.

The 6036 compact LED-based tubular light fitting for use in Ex zones 1/21, 2/22 provides users with an innovative alternative to typical linear luminaires. With a diameter of merely 55 mm, the lights take up less than half the space required by conventional linear luminaires, and weighs 50% less. The tubular design makes the 6036 series extraordinarily light efficient: 30 such LED-based fittings with a length of four foot (1340 mm), for instance, ensure an illuminance of approximately 500 lx. That would usually require 35 linear luminaires with two 36 W fluorescent tubes each. The lights consume only about half as much power and the specific power consumption per 100 lx amounts to a mere 1.5 W/m². Operating expenses are therefore greatly reduced – realistic cost savings range from some 20% to more than 50%, depending on the relevant timeframe and specific solutions that are compared.

The 6009/1 series, an LED emergency luminaire are explosion protected for use in dust and gas hazardous areas. Suitability for ambient temperatures ranging from -30 °C to +60 °C and effective measures against corrosion make universal applicability possible – from clean rooms in pharmaceutical or chemical facilities up to the extremely harsh environments of the oil and gas industry. They achieve a degree of protection IP66/67 and are impact resistant according to IK10. The luminaires are certified to ATEX and IECEx and to the national certificates in the key markets such as EAC for Russian applications.

R Stahl are also able to offer a range of LED hand lamps, our 6148/L148 series portable LED searchlights are ergonomically designed and can be operated with one hand. The 6149/2 series LED inspection lamp includes a connection line and can be fitted with a mains plug that is compatible with your system if required. The 6140 series battery-powered hand lamp is suitable for use in Zone 0.

The new 6050/6 series is a new generation of Ex-protected LED spotlights from R. STAHL for Zone 1. It is ingenious in design and application as it can be used as pendant, ceiling or floodlights. Efficient and multi-functional, it optimises the quantity of lighting required for illumination.  With IP68 and IK10 degrees of protection, they have an enclosure made from seawater-resistant aluminium and toughened glass. They can be operated at extreme ambient temperatures between -60 °C and +60 °C.
R Stahl also offer a Zone 1 & Zone 2 LED floodlight the 6125 & 6525 are ideal for lighting up areas from greater mounting heights. Three different light distribution types enable adjustment to fulfil the lighting task. The long service life of the highly efficient LEDs reduces energy and maintenance costs. This means that the floodlight can also be mounted in locations that are difficult to access.

For normal application areas, the floodlight is designed with a single powder coating and a bracket made from single-coated sheet steel. There is also a variant with a double powder coating and double-coated bracket made of stainless steel 316L specifically for offshore areas.
